The Academy of Off Road Riding is located at Buckenbowra up-river from Nelligen on the south coast NSW.
The Ride Coordinator, Cam, has signed up to the Academy's Adventure Bike course on the 14th and the 15th of May 2022.
This course is specifically targeted at adventure bikes like BMW F850 GS/A, R1200/50 GS/A with touring luggage (but not required for the course). Although any member and any brand motorcycle are invited to register.
The course cost is $420 per person on a BYO tent camping and food. There is free camping on site with toilet and hot shower. Check the Academy website for more information https://www.academyofoffroadriding.com.au/.
It is recommended that registrants have personal medical insurance or a minimum emergency ambulance cover. The BMWMCC is not liable for any registrant injury or loss riding to/from or participating in this course.
I will be making my way to the Buckenbowra training site Friday afternoon, leaving around 2pm, in readiness for the Saturday morning 0800 briefing (miss the briefing, miss the course). Here is a gpx file for your navigator of the route in from Nelligen: GPX File
Your registration is for interest in a group ride to/from the venue only.
