Notice of the
BMWMCCACT Incorporated
2021 Annual General Meeting

Updated 29 March 2021, added audited 2020 Financial Statement and corrected Agenda.

Financial members of the BMWMCCACT Inc. (the Club) and visitors are invited to the Club's 2021 AGM.  A short General Meeting for March 2021 will take place beforehand.

The AGM supporting information includes:

• Agenda
• The audited BMWMCCACT 2020 Financial Statement.  Hard copies will be available at the meeting.  Members need to vote on the 2019/20 Financial Statement as part of our continued incorporation.
• Committee election 2021 BMW Motorcycle Club ACT Committee Nomination Form.pdf.
• Cannot make the AGM?  Then have your say by using this Proxy Voting Form and returning it to the Public Officer by COB the last weekday before the AGM.
• Election of the 2018/19 Committee for the BMWMCCACT Inc.
  
• Don't forget to sign the attendance book.
  

Only financial members of the Club can nominate and stand for election or re-election to the Club Committee and vote in the election of committee members.  Completed forms must be emailed or posted and received by the Public Officer before COB 23 March 2018.  At the Public Officer sole discretion completed nomination forms can be handed to him/her up to the start of the AGM.

The AGM will be held at the Canberra Irish Club and your Club will provide light refreshments from 1230 and before the meeting starts.  

Attendees will also be given a raffle ticket for the mystery door prize.  You must be at the meeting to (1) get a ticket (2) to enter the draw.  The President's decision is final.

The Club thanks the Canberra Irish Club for hosting us.
